The Health & Safety Committee at Acacia Forest Industries Sdn. Bhd. is committed to the continual improvement of health and safety performance. The committee plays a key role in developing, leading, and promoting a safety-focused culture across the organisation that supports the intended outcomes of the Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) management system.
Our Safety Objectives
- To provide a safe environment for the employees, contractors, and visitors during working hours.
- Provide adequate training and ensure that all employees are competent to carry out their assigned tasks in a safe manner and to follow the Safety policies, systems, and procedures
- Comply with all requirements of legislation related to Health and Safety as stated in the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, and establish a Health and Safety Committee (HSC) whose responsibilities are to ensure Health and Safety.
- Prevent accidents and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
